Delivery Information

Every order is packed with purpose. Below you’ll find clear details on processing, delivery, and tracking your I AM–ABLE gear.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships.

Shipping Options
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Free on orders over $150. Delivered in 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Transit times vary based on destination and customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view delivery updates. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses can’t be changed once an order is placed. If you made an error, contact support@iamablewear.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. For unresolved issues, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
