     2.1e Marketing preferences: email/SMS opt-ins.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

     2.2a Device and browser information (IP address, OS, browser type).

     2.2b Usage data (pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps).

     2.2c Cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising.

2.3 Data from Third Parties

     2.3a Shopify and payment providers (order status, fraud signals).

     2.3b Carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, DHL) for shipping and tracking.

     2.3c Analytics and advertising partners.

     2.3d Loyalty and affiliate platform providers.

3. How We Use Personal Data

3.1 Process and fulfill orders, returns, and support requests.
3.2 Operate accounts, Loyalty Rewards, and Ambassador/Affiliate Programs (including tracking the 12 % commission on qualified sales).
3.3 Send marketing emails or SMS messages (where you’ve opted in).
3.4 Improve our Site, products, and customer experience.
3.5 Prevent fraud, ensure security, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Only)

4.1 Contract performance (for orders, accounts, and programs).
4.2 Legitimate interests (to improve Services and communicate with customers).
4.3 Consent (for marketing and cookies).
4.4 Legal obligation (for tax and regulatory compliance).

5. Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 We share personal data only as necessary with trusted partners: Shopify, payment processors, carriers, marketing and analytics providers, loyalty and affiliate platforms, and professional advisors.
5.2 We may also disclose information to authorities where legally required.
5.3 We do not sell personal data for money. Limited sharing for analytics or targeted advertising may occur as described in Section 6.

9.3 You can unsubscribe from emails, reply “STOP” to SMS messages, or adjust cookie settings in your browser.

10. Children’s Privacy

10.1 Our Services are not directed to children under 13.
10.2 We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if we discover we have, we will delete it promptly.

11. Loyalty and Ambassador Programs

11.1 Participation in our Loyalty Rewards or Ambassador/Affiliate Programs requires processing data necessary to track activity and payouts.
11.2 Commissions (12 %) are calculated on qualified, non-returned orders.
11.3 Program partners and payment processors access data only to operate and audit these programs.

12. Security

12.1 We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data.
12.2 No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

13.1 Residents of certain U.S. states—including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Tennessee, Iowa, and Montana—may have specific privacy rights.
13.2 These rights can include access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of targeted advertising or data sales.
13.3 To exercise a state privacy right, contact support@iamablewear.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”
13.4 We verify each request and will honor valid submissions where feasible, even outside covered states.

14. Region-Specific Disclosures
14.1 California (CCPA / CPRA)

     14.1a We collect identifiers, purchase history, internet activity, and program data.

     14.1b We do not sell data for profit.

     14.1c You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt out of sharing by contacting us with “California Privacy Request.”

14.2 EU / EEA and UK (GDPR)

     14.2a Controller: I AM-ABLE LLC.

     14.2b Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, legal obligation.

     14.2c Transfers: to the U.S. and other countries with appropriate safeguards.

     14.2d Rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

15.2 The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
15.3 Material changes will be posted on our Site or emailed to you.
15.4 Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Notice.
