I Didn’t Receive My Confirmation Email

If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived, it’s usually an easy fix.

  1. Wait a few minutes.
    Sometimes confirmation emails take up to 10 minutes to appear — especially during high traffic or launch days.

  2. Check all folders.
    Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder for a message from I AM-ABLE.

  3. Search your inbox.
    Try searching for:

    • “Your I AM-ABLE Order”

    • or “Thank you for your purchase.”

  4. Still nothing?

    • Confirm that your order was placed successfully (a charge should appear on your payment method).

    • If you created an account, log in to check your Order History.

  5. Need help?
    Email support@iamablewear.com with your name, order number (if available), and the email you used at checkout. We’ll resend your confirmation within 24 hours.
